I like all of the details in this shot. It shows the story of the strong storm which had just blown through: the bright white of the sun reflecting off the building, the wet and reflective ground, the chain/fence which was blown over by the storm, the flags blowing in the wind, the flowers that continue to stand through the rain and wind, and (of course) the rainbow behind it all.
